Light of Essence (formerly known as “Rejuvelate”) originated in 2012 and over the years has become the legacy of my adventure into true light.

I am spiritual coach/writer, holistic practitioner (aromatherapy, holistic life coach, LMT), freelance artist and much more, and I am living my life out of my soulful callings & inspirations. My commitment to higher heart, higher truth/wisdom and love translates into all that I am and do.
