HOW AFFIRMATIONS WORK

AFFIRMATIONS ONLY WORK WHEN YOU BELIEVE IN THE TRUTH OF THE AFFIRMATION.

The focus of the teachings I have received over the years and now present to others is all about THOUGHT. That is primary focus. 
Your every single thought. This is one most serious and laborious work that must be done if you are looking to alter your physical reality. We think it into being. Each thought of repetitive nature (and I believe that scientist even proved that over 90 percent of our thoughts of repetitive nature) has a huge power of creation. Thoughts and words you express over and over and over become exactly that - they become a directly manifestation - expression. It becomes your physical reality. And that is just the truth. 
Think about how many thoughts of wanting you have in your head. God knows I have observed my thoughts over the many years watching how much of it is of wanting therefore imprinting it into my reality and keep dictating tot he universe I WANT, and then universe answers " OK, YOU DO" lol. And so we roll in circles and circles like a hamster in the wheel.

The word I IS the powerful creator, followed by AM is manifestation. So whatever you place after I AM..... and you keep saying and thinking it over over over, shall manifest.

So you see, the task is fairly easy, you must understand that you are POWERFUL CREATOR IN YOUR I AM. Have conscious thought, word and deed and start creating REALITY WITH YOUR CONSCIOUS THOUGHT.
