It gains strength in its solitude, as it gathers momentum to break down all barriers of separation when it gently strikes with its loving embraces of harbored wisdom within. This wisdom is gained by silencing your chatter, by quieting what speaks to you, but you are not the one doing the talking!
Meditation is not optional it is mandatory!
It is not needed for you to seek seclusion as much as it is needed for you to go into silence regardless of your physical surroundings and event, and connecting with the eternal flow of goodness, and allowing yourself to be submerged fully in its vibration of LOVE.
Any situation that brings you disharmony, fall into the LOVING space of your own silenced peace. And fill your vessel with its lightness and diffuse what is not.

TRANSITIONING AND ASCENSION PATH
Take all that is coming to you that is coming for you with the embrace of the divine love and divine perspective of your own highest awareness.
Many are experiencing very rough times now emotionally for different reasons or what seems for no reason.
Also, many are experiencing their loved ones choosing to exit this reality by the ways of their choosing! Emphasis on CHOOSING TO EXIT.
All is being purged, the timeline of illusion is ended and we are standing at the gateway of personal quest and self-realizations to step outside of 3D consciousness outside of ego mind and step fully into the heart space of understanding and compassion for yourself and all that there is- shifting into the highest available for us.
Know that to lift higher with ease and grace takes awareness and commitment to letting go, forgiving all that is in need of that and accepting your ascension path.
Each path is unique but none of you are alone in it. We are all in this together with the assistance of our galactic and divine sisters and brothers transitioning into new divine paradigm of our evolution and evolution of all that there is.
Yes it is not easy, yes it is very challenging for the density of our physical vehicle to endure these grand waves of light that are recalibrating each of us, changing us from within, but for change to take place all that is dense must transmute so you can lift higher and achieve lightness to your being so you can lift.
Yes, it is a painful experience to see loved ones transition. But please see all from perspective of the divine as you remain in your human vehicle.
Know that there is no end after death- only transition into another state of being! And by choosing the perspective of the divine each time you are missing someone send light and send love to the missing person who chose to exit and blessings.
As you choose to do that each time you will feel lighter and each time you send light and love to any painful experience- you are transmuting your pain and the pain of all those who are hurting with you!
Choose to step outside of the painful experience, choose to step into the downpour of the divine light that is here assisting you in here and now as you are shifting in your body, mind and spirit into higher alignment with the divine source.
Any resistance to this unfolding into new higher dimensional reality and consciousness will not go unnoticed by you. It manifests as anger, rage, irritability and so on. Simply let go and ALLOW your ascension to take place.
Your RESISTANCE makes it more painful for yourself and others as we stand in one unity consciousness "bounded" in your own free will
Beloved ones, stay in the light of the divine- in the light of your own higher self that is one with the SOURCE undivided!

Massage of love to raise above the noise
When it rains it pours....
You are living through a time of urgency. This is not the time to panic and fall into despair for this massage is for you to answer the call of the divine within, to promote your change and inspire you to act on the behalf of the light and love. For achieving higher consciousness- raising in vibration is the path to your smooth sailing through this ascension process that all of humanity is going through.
You see dear one, much is not as it seems to you, much is not as you perceive it with your naked eye, some of you are capable of great visions and transmissions from your galactic friends and family, those who are capable of that have managed to raise their vibrational frequency and learned to align with LOVE.
Earth is undergoing a shift and you are going through a change of a life time as never before. You are all rising into light dear ones, but many of you are still in resistance and still in the deepest states of sleep and unawareness.
It is understood that the density on this planet, the composition of this atmosphere creates all the conditions necessary for the negativity to prevail, but what is asked of you is to open your eyes wider, to open your hearts wider, to embrace the truth that you are here to bring about the change and you are here to morph completely into a very special being, the kind of being that recognizes the light within, the kind of being that serves the light within, the kind of being that is aligned with the goodness and the Godhood.
What is it that you are lacking dear ones, what is it that you have not enough of, what is it that you are craving, and what is it that you simply can’t put your finger on? That is the part that needs evolving. That is the part that is craving to reunite with the essence of your Light, that is the part that is changing and morphing and as the change occurs much seems to crumble away from you, pain arises as physical, emotional, anxiety, depression and confusion.
Know, dear ones that this is necessary for you are evolving, you are being remade, and your DNA strands are changing as you are reading this message of love.
You might be confused on what is going on, and you are supported in your confusion - clarity you seek? Much of what is happening is happening for the highest and greatest good of all, for it is according to the Divine will.
"We" bearers of light, serve the light.
You, bearers of light, who do you serve? Do you serve your needs, or do you serve in the name of LOVE? To serve in the name of love is to serve the callings of your heart. Your heart center is your salvation. The heart center is the path to your wellbeing and wellbeing of all, your heart center is your eternal flame and this is the place where you meet the source, the prime creator.
The density of your environment created a huge challenge for you to cross into the land of light. When we say land of light, we are referring to your ability and capacity to connect with WITHIN, to connect with the being that is calling upon you, to connect with the Divine Truth.
Much of your focus is directed to the external and it takes you away from what is essential. This constant separation between WITHIN AND WITHOUT, creates that friction and creates the chaos that you see around you everywhere you look.
Purpose is not to offer you preaching - divine purpose is to bring your awareness to surface, to realize that despite the density of your planet, you can rise above that density, by simply coming to that agreement with yourself and deep understanding that the Light of the Source, that the Light of the Source is here to set your free, and it has always been here within you. It is that eternal flame in the center of your chest that is always ready to make that leap of faith into the unknown in the name of Love.
Support is offered every step of the way on your amazing journey of evolution that you are all undergoing now.
And as different as it is, galactic families and guides are with you, for "we are with you and you are us" and observing you and helping and assisting you with this move into higher dimensions and higher consciousness.
But do fix your radars and focus them on the callings of your heart, do not allow the density of your thoughts to derail you from the truth that is calling up on you.
If you choose to follow that, you drop density, for you aligned with your truth, you have aligned with SOURCE within.

We are here to simply discover OURSELF AND REMEMBER. We are here to find out who we are through different perspectives, perspectives that lead us to expansion of consciousness.
How do we do it?
Whenever you are not yourself, whenever you are not following your inner truth and integrity and instead trying to please someone or trying to mold yourself into something you are not, you are denying the true expression of the source.
You are here healing your emotional body.
The only painful emotions that get healed are the ones that you are allowing to feel. The ones you are done judging. The ones you are not afraid to be vulnerable for. Let go of fear, judgment, and assumption and FEEL your way through this human experience.
Offer a listening ear to the emotions that are arising. They are coming up in order to be transmuted. This is part of transformation process and evolution. Do not judge emotions, they are here to guide you into surrender, acceptance, love and forgiveness.
Be the loving parent for your emotions. Do not push them away as something unwanted and rejected. Without this, peace cannot be achieved. By becoming the loving space and listening to what they have to say you are offering them LOVE and TRUE LIGHT THAT IS INNER YOU that was so needed and was missing.
Only you can offer that in HERE AND NOW as it is arising. Step outside of judgement of what is arising from within and simply experience it and let it go.
This is the path to liberation of emotional body.
And when you emotional body is healed.
That is bliss.

Satisfaction VS. Fullfilment. Attachement Vs. Love
Unconditional Love and fulfillment vs. attachments/satisfaction
This is one of my most fave topics to discuss! And most common reason for suffering too :)
It took me a lifetime to fully understand the above and truly know the discern the difference between the former and the latter. Love - an unmeasurable force that is permeating through and encompasses all. Love is consciousness ! It’s alive , breathing and moving! It’s highly intelligent and yet so very accepting and lacks any judgment! Love is who you can actually consciously become ! And I don’t mean love the - the fairy tale like story or soothing fluffy and light ! I mean love - the kind that is not afraid to be and live it’s truth , the kind of love that stands up in its integrity at all times in the times of adversity personal or global, the kind of love that is not afraid to be tough when it is needed Without worry how it will be perceived ! The kind of love that is here to anchor that truth ! Which be true to your highest self for your highest self doesn’t seek attachments, satisfaction , approval , recognition - your highest self seeks Truth - the kind of truth that aims at bringing you to the place of your true Belonging - full connection to the source and alignment with your highest form of will ! Why I started this writing is to say it again that love contains no attachments . Attachments - the game of the lower self aspects of your highest potential ! As love you can embrace that which no longer serves you , like attachments , to then consciously let go of them . Human vs Divine . : what we seek is Divine Human a perfect balance between the two so to speak - the best of two in one ! This truly is conscious work ! Being aware of your thoughts , words and most of all actions - what are you acting out of - out of your lower self or higher self ! What is it that you are seeking satisfaction of the body and ego or fulfillment of the soul via clear heart space. Attachments are rooted in fear ! Love is not ! Love is free and it is always aware! Attachments are very powerful mechanism to keep the free spirit trapped ! But as masterful that you are you are at free will to consciously let it go ! But it must be truly recognized , acknowledged , faced and embraces and then let it go without any judgment ! For example love making / relationship is the most potent example of satisfaction vs. fulfillment and love. Vs attachments . When u are in relationship why are you in it ? And be really honest with yourself - the way I see it if you actually have practical reasons why you are in relationship then you know where you stand ? So many do that out of financial reasons or any other practical resolution that rhey seek while their heart is screaming for something else . So many stay out of Guilt ! Others stay out of convenience - all attachments to some level of comfort zone ! How about love making /sex- so many engage in such activity on ongoing basis without having soul connection ! That too is attachment to satisfaction ! But here is the punch line - this is all necessary in order to arrive into the highest ? When you engage in such acts or thoughts and you see it doesn’t resonate with you - have the power to stand in your highest truth to you and act upon it . Whatever that highest truth is for you . But I feel it’s safe to say the highest truth for each of us is integrity with self regardless of all else !
All here is serving us, but can you recognize it and stand in the power of your soul connection, and follow the call of your highest into your fulfillment, as the attachments and satisfactions serve their purpose in teaching you and showing where you want or not want to be.
It is about who you are isn it?
What does it mean to live in the heart and higher self.
I talk a lot about living in highest choice. Today I was asked what is highest choice. Here is my answer the way I feel it and see it and live it.
What is your highest choice: it is a choice made with your heart calling and inspiration without focusing on the obstacles or hows and what ifs.
Lowest choice - any choice made out of fear, guilt and worry... and so forth.
When you make choices out of your heart calling you are living in alignment with your higher self. And it can only bring you into a place of true belonging ❤

LIGHT IS - unbreakable
For those who are going through the "dark tunnel "these days: Know that your attitude toward where you are and the challenge you are experiencing can determine how fast you get to that "light at the end of the tunnel" - AS THE expression goes. But a friendly reminder the light is not only at the end of the tunnel, IT IS ALL AROUND YOU, IT IS WITHIN YOU.
Do not get sucked into the density of the challenge. Whether it is a severe pain or total sleep deprivation, or a flu, or cancer...or death of the loved one.., or a relationship issues... whatever it is...
Be the loving space for your challenge - THATS THE LIGHT, I AM SPEAKING OF, be more heart for yourself and most of all, raise above the static noise as you work your way through the shadow of the tunnel. As you become the loving space for the unfolding you are in, then bigger picture is known.
These situations present themselves to us so we can raise above them, not to identify with them.
You are beyond your human experience. YOU are the light for your human experience..

Please love from the place of your highest. From the place of masterful. Please love any way you know how to stay in love vibration.
No challenge in this reality will pull me out of highest way of life - which is being more heart and anchoring pure love: that encompasses respect, fear free being, understanding, compassion, free of jealousy, envy, competition, separation, ego free way of being, no judgement and most of all capacity to let go and be the loving space for the unfolding while standing in my power of God that I Am ! Unconditional love means not that I accept disrespect and lies and all which is non truth. Unconditional love means not that I am gentle. It is quiet the opposite.
Unconditional love is a RELIATY CHECK.
I am the Pleiadian way of Living! I am living in my I AM Presence .There is no separation between me and all that I AM!
And I know and fully aware that my way of being and living scares many, and shocks them and even threatens them and activates them and makes them shed the shadow self within as it comes up for them to witness it, but can they handle it?. They will judge me and attack me even for they are threatened and in fear and attachments and illusion !
Yes , it can be mind boggling to perceive and experience THE REAL KIND OF LOVE. Some do not even know what LOVE is, but really know what the ILLUSION OF IT is.
It took me years to arrive at where I am IN TRUE UNCONDITIONAL LOVE, THE UNWEAVERING KIND, and now I am living it, anchoring it, being it. Regardless what you are to me, I LOVE YOU , and that is the truth. For I know who I AM and who you are. I see you ❤

Do not go back to sleep ! Without living in your integrity to self you are living outside of your highest potential !
So many different aspects of our true origin are here on this planet as incarnates traveling through this human experience for the sake of spiritual evolution. We are all here as God that we are experiencing the conceptual aspects of Self! Participating in this Human project to experience Free Will! Each soul has its own agenda with is of course a direct contribution to the agenda of the collective/s. All are ascending in their own way depending on the soul contracts and agreements.... some souls are so “brand new” to the Free will and human experience and they are very much into the density of this dimension we are all residing in. And other souls are so “done” with this duality and density that are so ready to go higher and align fully with the divine will , go into full alignment with the Source . We have lightworkers on this planet ( and although just a small percentage of all the population ). And from that small percentage even less have managed to wake up and step up to their role to assist with the plants going to the light. Why ? Fear! Even light workers are sucked into the fear program , especially fear of not making enough money to support their families or themselves even . Oh I know - I have been there. As a light worker you have been activated , the code is in your DNA - why are you still ignoring the call! Are you feeling that you are stuck , are you feeling that you have some greater purpose than just going to work and loving every day life : family , work, holidays , vacations ..... are you feeling that you reached a “ceiling “ and you want to go higher but you can’t! These are all signs ! Pay attention .
Do not ignore . Do not close your eyes and stay in your comfort zone . Do not go back to sleep ! Ignorance is Not bliss !
To all those who know they are ready to step out of the density of their own mind and creation and density of their karmic creations and experiences - do your Self work ! Commitment to waking up and staying awake by choices you are making every single moment! One moment is a lifetime ! You have no time to waste any more ! It’s essential that you step up to your responsibility and leave fear for good ! Step into acceptance , letting go and love . Step into your integrity - without integrity to self you are living outside of your highest potential !
And if you are lost then seek assistance of the light workers who are working with the true light cause they have managed to wake up and stay awake !

Higher dimensions are a thought away
Your passages to higher realms is via the route of your own heart space. You are not your judgements you are not the fear! Let go of all that you are NOT.
Without letting go of judgements, assumptions, expectations. Without cultivating capacity and skill to accept and trust, without letting go of fear that holds you captive and prevents you from doing what is in your highest good, without surrender and trusting your own heart - without all that you can’t lift your vibration and align with the higher dimensional reality - reality that is the vibration of love and joy and gratitude. Only by making such conscious choices with each thought and word and deed will you master such state of being. You can cultivate 5d consciousness while your physical body is here in the density of the 3D. And as you master that your 3d reality will shift into reality where you flow with ease and grace cause you have committed to Love vibration and joy, rather than the vibration of Fear which is the ruling Hand here on this planet in this dimension.
Dimensions are not locations they are vibration - they are a thought away .
I call on all who are listening who are reading this to all who dwell in fear and know it - step up to your role - your role is to help yourself to heal thyself by turning to loving vibration . Do not be harsh with yourself and others , do not overthink anything - it’s a trap . Descend into heart space and let go of all that no longer serves you such as fear , resentments, judgements . Stop worrying that others judge you , and stop judging others . And if you choose to judge then judge from the place of love.
It is love that heals and hurt that separates !
