Pure therapeutic grade essential oils used in aromatherapy have been successfully used by many natural wellness healers in treating a variety of common skin disorders. Essential oils provide a wonderful alternative healing modality, free from side effects of many pharmaceutical preparations. Because of their safety, efficacy, and ease-of-use, essential oils are particularly suited to skin care - and not just for supporting already healthy skin, but for addressing troublesome conditions including eczema, psoriasis and rosacea.
It is very important to follow a strict diet (you will need to adjust your diet and your environment in order to figure out what is causing your flare-ups), lower levels of stress and use gentle skin care products to keep your skin in check and prevent flare ups.
Regular massage and bath with the essential oils of neroli, bergamot, roman chamomile, lavender, geranium, frankincense and sandalwood are of essence here for stress reduction.
