- We are of stars, we are the light, we are the heavens brought to sight - Shanti

Seeking higher truth about who I am and what I am here for, and truly knowing what God is outside of religious context, have been the governing force in my life as long as I can remember.

I spent years consciously seeking and reaching, more than anything else and since I remember myself through different stages of my life, back to when I was about 5 years old, the quest and thirst for it was unquenchable.

Each step of the way I was guided, and with each steppingstone I got closer and closer.

I have experienced several profound Spiritial and energetic shifts throughout my life, and in 2015 I experienced a complete spiritual and personal transformation; by 2016 it utterly changed and redirected the course of my life.

Over the course of those years I studied, mastered, embodied, practiced and later taught energy healing, ascension mechanics, and offered spiritual guidance/coaching.

During my most transformational year I have received guidance and higher wisdom streams on daily basis and was guided to compile this book “I AM” Messages to Humanity. Return to Essence" to pass it all on to other seekers and all who are willing to receive.

Through the power of the higher truth and word on each page you can come in touch with that which is most integral in your own personal healing and ascension journey. Each word is filled with higher frequency and will leave you feeling inspired, reset, transformed and ready for more.

The passages in the book facilitate awakening consciousness to re-discover and deepen your connection with your true inner self; to elevate your perspective on your life journey and inspire you to make higher choices - that lead to inner healing, and peace

Each word in this book can serve as a catalyst to give " the power of your thought and extra boost of true light" and see what it can do for you and the world around you.

“I AM Messages “ can be your truthful companion and support through this inevitable shift, reminding you to restore balance between head and heart, while showing the ways to lift in vibration, let go of what no longer serving, so you can start creating more benevolent and more positive outcomes and reality.

I am truly grateful for each message and every higher truth embodied and for all that I have received, completed and attained.

My love and gratitude for that is beyond measure! .

I rejoice in the wholeness of my completion.

Enjoy your journey and the process !

Peace, love, grace
