Hi, I am Deanna Avakumova (Shanti), creator of “Light of Essence”. I am certified Holistic Life Coach, certified in aromatherapy, licensed massage therapist, an intuitive, spiritual coach, artist, writer and author of the book “I AM Messages to Humanity” and so much more - as a creator I wear many hats, but each one has one common - assist others in restoring well-being.

One of the purposes behind my work is to assist others in supporting and elevating their state of being and overall well-being. Assisting others in restoring better health, inner peace, and inspiring others to live out of best expression/version of themselves (making higher choices) .

I started “Light of Essence” in 2012 (formerly known as Rejuvelate) and over the years it has evolved, transformed and has become the legacy of my adventure into light.

Many now are sharing the amazing purpose of how to rediscover their own true light and to live out of pure heart & thought & deed and unconditional love. The path to goodness lies directly through the highways of your own higher heart and conscious choice to live out of the best expression of you.

And I make that choice daily.
